Member of the "Truffe Emotion" label, Françoise and Patrick welcome you to Pavillon M for a gourmet weekend centered around black truffles: the melanosporum.
This culinary experience is offered over a weekend, from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Everything is included: 2 nights in a double room, breakfasts, as well as meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch and dinner, and activities on Saturday.

**Friday**
14:30: Welcome & room check-in.
19:30: Aperitif & truffle-themed dinner (appetizers, starter, main course, and dessert) excluding drinks.
**Saturday**
09:00: Gourmet breakfast
10:15: Visit to the Richerenches market to discover the secret world of truffle merchants and local producers' stands. Visit the Truffle and Wine Museum.
12:30: Return to Pavillon M for a truffle omelette tasting (truffle omelette, salad, cheese, and dessert) excluding drinks.
14:30: Truffle hunting demonstration with a truffle dog at Domaine de Bramarel in Grignan
16:30: Visit of the cellar & wine tasting with a local winemaker
19:30: Traditional meal (starter, main course, and dessert) excluding drinks
**Sunday**
08:30 - 10:00: Gourmet breakfast
11:00 at the latest: Departure from Pavillon M and/or visit to the Saint-Paul 3 Châteaux truffle market.
Spa access at 30€ per person/day. Jacuzzi/Hammam/Sauna are available only by prior reservation 48 hours before the stay and only on Friday afternoon and Saturday.
The Spa is not available on Sunday morning.
